Focus on human resources
Our main resource is people, because they have the necessary skills and abilities to do our work and provide a quality service.
People management is closely related to the strategic lines of sustainability and aims to put people at the centre: it is our priority to take care of every aspect of the professional and human growth of our employees, from training, the growth and development of talents, the protection of health and safety to the creation of a positive and balanced work environment with respect to private life.
We also promote the protection of labour rights, equal opportunities for all employees and a common work culture, focused on active participation in development processes, efficiency orientation, service quality assurance, environmental protection and safety at work.
It is our priority to take care of every aspect of the professional and human growth of our employees, from training, to the growth and development of talents, to the protection of health and safety and the creation of a positive and balanced work environment with respect to private life.
We believe that diversity is a corporate asset and we do not allow any form of discrimination based on gender, age, health status, nationality, political or religious opinions. Equal opportunities are a principle that guides us throughout the process of managing our people.
There are three key aspects of our commitment to people: employment and protection of labour rights, development and enhancement of human capital, diversity and corporate welfare. In 2019 we worked in all three areas, here are some numbers of our commitment:

Employees receiving the production award may choose to convert a portion of the Participation Award to access Welfare goods and services, for themselves or their families, without any tax or social security contributions.
We have granted an additional Welfare Bonus equal to 18% of the converted portion, to all those who have chosen to convert their bonus into Welfare Credit. In addition, in 2019 the second level trade union agreement was signed, which, among other things, confirmed the Plan for the three-year period 2019-2021.
