It is our priority to care for every aspect of the professional and personal growth of our employees, from training to growth and talent enhancement, to protecting health and safety and creating a positive working environment well balanced with private life.

Our Digital Factory is the "innovation-lab" that supports the group in its digital transformation process. Here, multi-functional teams work together to develop new solutions aimed at digitalising business processes through the introduction of innovative technologies and the adoption of an agility-oriented culture. In 2019, it will involve an increasing number of resources and collaborations with third parties such as universities and start-ups.
Flexible Benefits Plan
Employees who receive the production bonus may choose to convert a portion of the Participation Bonus to access welfare goods and services, for themselves or their families, without any tax or social security payment.
We have provided an additional Welfare Bonus of 18% of the converted share to all those who have chosen to convert their prize into Welfare Credit.
Ingegnere, Feminine Plural
The "IngegnerE, feminine plural” initiative, launched in 2018 also through our official social media channels, will continue in 2019. It concerns the search for women with a master's degree in engineering (in particular Energy, Civil, Environment, Management) and has already led to the recruitment of 11 young female engineers in the areas of engineering, investment, plant and commercial.
